Patricia M. Jacobson (Hoehn) passed away on Sunday, November 19 as the sun was rising, surrounded by her loving family.
Lovingly known as Nana by many, Pat was full of kindness, grace and strength. She cared deeply for her family and friends, and led a life of compassion and nurturing not only for her own family, but to hundreds of children as Miss Pat at Church of the Nazarene and the Kiddie Co. Daycare. She also touched the lives of those in need throughout her life as a volunteer for countless organizations. Her radiant smile and laugh would light up a room. She would never turn down the chance to dance, send a card, celebrate a special occasion, have a picnic, take a walk through the park or go on a trip to spend time with her family and friends. Her companionship was unparalleled. She will be remembered fondly and dearly missed by everyone who knew her.
Patricia is preceded in death by her mother Helen Vogelsang, beloved husband Wayne, and brother Charles Hoehn (Maxine). Her memory lives on with her children Deborah Zadnik (George), Donna Nealy (Gordon), Barbara Kristoff, and Christopher (Stacy); grandchildren Jessica Bloom (Henry), Gerald Zadnik (Eileen), Carrie Bischof (Jonathon), Christina Gardner (Christopher), Ryan Kristoff (Amelia), Carlie Jacobson, and Noah Jacobson; great-grandchildren Calder, Arlo, Lucy, Nella, Olivia, Avery, Jacob, and Brynleigh; loving partner David Richter; and dear nieces, nephews, and friends.
A private family burial will be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. The family will receive friends in celebration of Patricia’s beautiful life at VICCHIARELLI FUNERAL HOME 5252 MAYFIELD RD. LYNDHURST (between Richmond and Brainard) MONDAY NOVEMBER 27, 2023 4-7 P. M.
