Upon his retirement, he joined University Hospitals as a lead investigator. He was later called back to Shaker Heights as a Crime Prevention Officer. Jerry loved talking about his days in the bureau and all of the cases he solved with anyone who would listen. He was his family’s greatest cheerleader, attending all of their sports events and work functions. He looked forward to his weekly Facetime calls and visits with his grandchildren and loved hearing about all of their adventures.
