Mia T. Welsh (Cipullo), beloved mother of Dominic and Macy; dearest sister of Victoria Loebsack (Bill Meyer) and Anthony Cipullo (Janet); loving daughter of Anthony and Christine Cipullo (both deceased): life partner of Michael Rodrick; best friend of Elise Carswell; cousin, niece, aunt and friend to many. The family suggests donations be made in memory of Mia to the Cleveland APL 1729 Wiley Avenue Cleveland, Ohio 44113. Inurnment at All Souls Cemetery Saturday August 26, 2023 at 11 a.m. (Please meet at cemetery).
