Timmy Schneider Obituary

With great sadness we announce the passing of Timmy Schneider, who slipped away peacefully on January 10, 2022 with his sister Maureen by his side. Timmy grew up in Euclid, Ohio as the fourth of 6 siblings. Although not the youngest, just ask him and he was! His parents Jack and Bette, provided a fulfilled childhood and loving home, as they advocated for all children with special needs. Timmy was loved by many, including his grandparents, aunts, uncles and God Parents who all played an active role in his life. Timmy loved going to school and this extended beyond his youth into his adult life. He continued his education through programs at the OLA/St. Joseph Center, Society for Rehab, C&J Provider Services and with the assistance of Patty’s People First. We extend our gratitude to the directors, teachers and staff of these programs, who directly impacted the positive experiences Timmy had throughout his life. For all of the employees, patrons and vendors of Location Carpet, you knew Timmy as the S.O.B. (aka the Son of the Boss). He was the best carpet roller in the biz! Timmy loved spending time with his family and we are grateful for every member who included him in their lives, trips, special events and created wonderful memories of our best brother and uncle. He loved sports and is probably the biggest Cavaliers, Indians and Browns fan there ever was. For the Schneider family, he is our G.O.A.T.! Timmy gave each of us more than we could ever have given to him - lessons in love, inclusion and human compassion. We are forever grateful to have been blessed with the life of Timmy, you will live in our hearts always!

Preceded in death by his parents Jack & Bette Schneider, brothers Tommy Schneider and Bob Viscomi. Survived by his loving family, his sister and guardian “gardener” Maureen Viscomi (John Thome), brothers John Schneider (KJ), Terry Schneider (TC) and sister Mary Jalwan (Phil, deceased).

Timmy was surrounded by his nieces, nephews and grands: Elizabeth Ellis (children Riley, Cooper, Lucy), Greg Schneider (Kari, children Olivia, Ford, Cole), Matt Schneider (Abby, children Winston, Oliver, Duncan), JJ Schneider (Lauren, children Jack, Britton), Rachel Mullis (EJ, children Sebastian, Miles), Daniel Schneider (Becky, children Sawyer, Wyatt, Hudson), Laura Schneider (Ben, daughter Cadence), Ben Schneider (Jessica, children Stella, Walley, Lucille), Brandon (Kristen, children Brady, Carter), Maureen Hourihan (Dan, daughter Gillian), Terese Monroe (John, children Colin, Molly), Angie Lowe (children Bobby, Conor, Ryan, Sean), Ryan (Nancy, children Kaeden, Ryann), Andy Jalwan (Stephanie, daughter Bridgette), Katie Jalwan (son Tyler), Kristin Jalwan, Scott Jalwan (Jamie, children Connor, Kyle), Chris Schneider (daughter Sadie), Lindsay Spinks (Greg, daughter Rose).

Beyond our family, Timmy was loved by many in each and every circle whose path crossed with ours. We thank you for loving, embracing and including him as one of your own. We cherish the memories you helped create as you welcomed him into your lives.

Timmy will be celebrated with a Catholic mass along with his brother-in-law, Phil Jalwan, who also passed away on April 11, 2022, at St. Noel Church, 35200 Chardon Rd., Willoughby Hills, Oh 44094, on Tuesday, July 12 at 11:00 a.m.
